Depending on the version, these KST industrial servos feature a CAN bus or DroneCAN interface. DroneCAN, formerly known as UAVCAN, is primarily used in professional drones, UAV systems, robots and industrial control applications.

Digital bus communication allows the servos to be reliably integrated into modern control and automation systems. Depending on the servo model, commands and various operating data can be transmitted.
