If the delivered goods do not meet your expectations, please inform us of the obvious defect within the period of 14 days after receipt of the goods.
Returns with service form can be processed by us much faster.
A detailed description of the defect is very important for fast processing!
Please stamp returned goods sufficiently in any case! Packages sent "freight collect" mean disproportionately high disproportionately high costs on the recipient's side.
In case of technical problems the item will be exchanged free of charge.
Warranty in case of damage caused by external impact (crash damage, forced opening etc.) is excluded.
Please note that we will charge for any service caused by incorrect use, insufficient maintenance, start-up after wrong adjustment, negligence, external disturbance as well as normal wear and tear has occurred.
