Extover® 10L Coarse supplied in a transparent heavy-duty plastic bucket provides a professional safety solution for the storage, transport and fire containment of lithium-ion and LiPo batteries. The coarse expanded glass granulate with a particle size of approximately 1–4 mm is ideal for workshops, industrial facilities, laboratories, logistics centres and RC hobby applications.

In the event of a battery fire, the granulate can be applied directly onto the fire source. The inorganic expanded glass surrounds the burning material, reduces oxygen supply and supports controlled fire containment. At extremely high temperatures, the material may melt and create a sealing protective layer that can help reduce reignition after cooling.

The transparent heavy-duty bucket allows quick visual inspection of the fill level while providing durable and resealable storage for professional use.
