The Extover® 1L Fine fire suppression granulate cushion with ultra-fine 0.25–0.5 mm grain size has been specifically developed for the safe storage, charging and transportation of lithium-ion and LiPo batteries. This compact safety solution is ideal for protecting sensitive batteries and electronic components.

Thanks to the extremely fine inorganic expanded glass granulate, the material offers exceptional flow characteristics and can penetrate even the smallest cavities and gaps. The granulate surrounds potential fire sources, reduces oxygen supply and forms a sealing protective layer at high temperatures to help prevent re-ignition.

The fine grain structure is especially suitable for small battery packs, drone batteries, sensitive electronics and applications with narrow spaces or high packing density. In addition, Extover® granulate provides excellent liquid absorption and high thermal resistance.
