R&G Liquid Release Wax is a high-quality release agent designed for processing epoxy and polyester resins. The sprayable dispersion of waxes in a solvent mixture ensures reliable separation of the cured component from the mould while providing easy and economical application.

The silicone-free release wax can be applied manually or by spraying. When used correctly, it provides excellent release properties and supports long mould service life.

Application:

Stir the release wax thoroughly before and during use.
Allow the contents of the container to reach room temperature before application.
Apply the release agent evenly in a thin layer by hand or spraying.
Allow it to dry for several minutes before polishing the mould.
Apply two or three thin coats to cleaned or new moulds before filling the mould.

Important:

For optimum release performance, thoroughly clean the mould before the first application and ensure that it is free from dust, grease and old release-agent residues.
