This carbon plate is heat resistant up to 140°C.

The ECOTECH TM CFRP sheets are made of HT carbon fibre prepregs with a transparent epoxy resin matrix in a pressing process. The edges of the boards are rough.

The top layers consist of 3k fabric Style 452 in twill 2/2 weave (fabric prepreg CE 8201-200-45). For the core layers, depending on the panel thickness, 3k fabric and/or UD fabrics are deposited bidirectionally at 0°/90°.

ECOTEC TM CFK sheets can be milled, sawed or cut with a water jet.
When water jet cutting, please make sure that the CFRP plates are pre-drilled at the injection points of the jet.

Tolerances: The plates are sawn to size, length and width ± 1 mm, thickness ± 10%.
