The Pilot-RC Extra NG 49" PP Foam is the second foam aircraft from Pilot-RC and has been designed to deliver the flying characteristics of a giant-scale aerobatic airplane in a compact and practical package. It combines handcrafted quality, lightweight construction and exceptional aerobatic performance.
Handcrafted Construction:
Unlike many mass-produced molded foam airplanes, every Pilot-RC foam aircraft is carefully handcrafted. This results in an exceptionally lightweight yet rigid airframe with outstanding flight characteristics.
The PP foam structure is reinforced with carbon fiber and protected by a durable laminate finish, providing excellent rigidity, low weight and long-lasting durability.
Outstanding 3D Performance:
Designed by Ryu Sintuphrom, the Extra NG offers precise handling and excellent control throughout the complete flight envelope. Whether performing precision aerobatics or extreme 3D manoeuvres such as hovering, harriers or torque rolls, the aircraft remains predictable and enjoyable to fly.
