The Bae Hawk had its maiden flight in 1974. Originally designed as a fighter aircraft, the jet is still used primarily as a training aircraft. This true-to-the-original replica by Phoenix - with a wingspan of 1.75m - is manufactured using the latest laser-cut technologies as a lightweight and high-strength wooden construction that impresses with its enormous attention to detail.

Enormously high degree of prefabrication
The model is manufactured in extremely light and high-strength laser-cut balsa wood construction. The construction impresses with an enormously high degree of prefabrication, which reduces the construction effort almost to the installation of the drive and electronics. In addition, the model is completely covered with iron-on film, true to the original.

Electric retractable landing gear
The scope of delivery includes an electric metal undercarriage, which can be installed accurately in just a few steps. The robust, spring-loaded landing gear ensures prototypical take-offs and smooth landings even on grass runways.

Numerous scale
Details The Bae Hawk from Phoenix Model comes from the factory with numerous scale details. A special highlight is the detailed cockpit and the pre-painted pilot figure. But it is not only on the ground that the model is confusingly similar to its prototype - the Hawk also has an impressively prototypical flight pattern in the air.
