The JETI Max BEC 2 is a high-quality battery backup switch with an integrated linear voltage regulator designed for safe receiver and servo power supply. It allows the use of two independent 2S LiPo or Li-Ion batteries, providing maximum reliability for demanding RC models.

The safety concept is particularly well thought out: the ON/OFF switch is implemented as an MPX jumper plug. The system remains switched ON when the MPX jumper is removed, ensuring maximum operational safety.

An integrated LED display indicates both the input voltage and the currently active battery. The output voltage can be selected to match the requirements of different receivers and servos.

Maximum Current Rating Information:

For linear voltage regulators, the maximum current depends on the maximum power dissipation divided by the difference between input voltage and selected output voltage. Adequate airflow and cooling are essential. Never wrap the unit in foam or insulating material.

Example: With a battery voltage of 7.2 V, an output voltage of 5.4 V and a maximum power dissipation of 20 W, the maximum current is approximately 11.1 A.
