Supplied with built-in ball joint 2 pcs. The high torque of modern digital servos must be backlash-free and easy to the controlled element (eg rudder). The new design of these fork servo levers is designed for the most extreme loads. The force dissipation takes place in the center of the servo teeth.
The design as a forked lever effectively prevents the servo output from getting stuck. The servo gears will last longer. These servo arms are made of high density carbon fiber plastic. At 300 °C and under high pressure, the levers get their appearance in hardened stainless steel molds.
Since this process has °similarities with the manufacture of highly stressed components in large aircraft construction, it was adopted for the production of these servo levers. The result is a high-strength component that bears comparison with duralumin. However, it is lighter and more vibration-resistant.
All servo arms are manufactured in Germany on state-of-the-art CNC machines.
The gearing 25T is suitable für Futaba servos and Hitec servos of the new Generation.
