Fork rudder lever made of carbon fibre plastic with a similar look. Supplied with built-in ball joint and M2 screw connection with stop nut.

The distance from the supporting surface to the centre of the ball is 15 mm.
The fork opening is 5 mm.
The weight is 1.2 g.
The mounting bolt diameter is 4.5 mm.
The contact area is 14 x 30 mm.

The rudder levers are easy to glue and paint. The Gabriel fork rudder levers are made of highly compressed carbon fibre plastic (nylon with 45% carbon fibre content). At 300 °C and under high pressure (1800 bar) the levers get their appearance in hardened stainless steel moulds.

Since this process has similarities with the manufacture of highly stressed components in large aircraft construction, we have used it for the manufacture of our rudder levers.

The result is a high-strength component that does not have to fear comparison with duralaluminium. However, it is lighter and more vibration resistant.

All rudder levers are manufactured in Germany on state-of-the-art CNC machines.
