This offer is aimed at private model makers and non-medical institutions. It is perfect for use in e.g. milling and grinding work to prevent eye injuries.

Because of the many inquiries: The color cannot be selected, and we reserve the right to reduce large order quantities for the time being. Orders will be processed after receipt of order. Due to the limited production capacity, however, waiting times may currently occur.

The base frame is printed from PET at 260 degrees Celsius, the 0.5mm to 0.8mm thick PET-G sign is cut by machine with a cutter and punched or lasered. Thus we have a very inexpensive, clean and good protection shield, which does not fog up due to the good ventilation and can also be worn by spectacle wearers due to the distance to the glass.

A further advantage of the protective mask is that you can no longer unconsciously touch your face.

The porous PET plastic is the perfect breeding ground for germs on the wearer's face (a moist and warm place). Even if we print the mask at high temperatures and pack it under the best possible protective measures, we cannot guarantee 100% sterility! Please note that bacteria on plastic can survive between 48 and 90 hours, and the plastic cannot be sterilized easily after use! For this reason we recommend the use of the protective mask for single use only.

The assembly is very easy:

To avoid contamination of the mask, first put on a new mouthguard and put on a pair of new gloves.
Then you can carefully remove the protective film from the protective screen and clip the screen into the larger main frame.
Now clip the lower insert into the pane, attach the rubber band and you are done. It is best to disinfect the mask before use.
