The extruded (pultruded) CFK flat profile is produced in longitudinal direction (unidirectional). It is manufactured with matrix resin epoxy.

Tolerances:
As a rule, the deviation from straightness is not more than 1 mm/m.

Please note:
Pultrusion uses internal release agents which are deposited on the surface. Pre-treatment of the surfaces to be bonded is therefore necessary. Adhesive surfaces must therefore be ground very carefully.
