CFRP boards ECOTECH™ are made of HT carbon fibre prepregs with a transparent epoxy resin matrix in a pressing process.
The top layers consist of 3k fabric Style 474 with 7 threads per cm in twill 4/4 weave (fabric prepreg CE 8201-200-45). The extremely dense weave results in a fascinating look.
For the core layers, 3k fabric and/or UD fabrics are deposited bidirectionally at 0°/90°, depending on the panel thickness.
CFRP sheets ECOTECH™ can be excellently milled, sawed or cut with a water jet.
The panels are sawn to measure (+/- 1 mm).
