The XL category is highly popular with us. All XL-size aircraft boast highly advanced flight characteristics, akin to construction-grade aircraft, yet are crafted from EPP, which is nearly indestructible at these dimensions. This affords the pilot the opportunity to master all autorotation figures without worrying about destroying their model.

An incredible advantage of this design is its resistance to mechanical damage while remaining resilient in inclement weather. The Laser XL weighs just under 800g, meaning even strong winds are hardly noticeable on the model.

After numerous tests, we've proven a completely new wing concept in this category. The wing is glued to the fuselage with its entire contact area at the spine, enhancing the model's strength. Simultaneously, the balancing flap at the end of the aileron improves model controllability and reduces servo load.

This time around, there's no fully-moving elevator on the model to maintain maximum durability. However, the Laser XL remains highly maneuverable via the elevator, thanks to the correct layout of the model surfaces.
