The PowerBox Mercury SRS is a new power management system that combines all the customer needs, knowledge and experience of recent years in one compact unit. Never before has so much functionality been packed into such a small space!

The Mercury SRS is used wherever a powerful on-board system is needed that makes no compromises! Integrated iGyro, double reception system, telemetry, door sequencer and servomatching are just some of the highlights that are accommodated in the small and light device! Special attention has been paid to ease of use. For example, an assistant guides the user through the entire basic setup. Channel assignments and gyro settings are learned in a few minutes via the external OLED display. Thanks to the new 6-axis sensor, the mounting position is determined by simply lifting or lowering the rear. The iGyro also learns the model type and the desired mode of operation: for example, torque roll automatic, thrust vector control or various settings with and without heading function can be selected. One highlight is the iGyro's new entry assistant: a mixture of iGyro 3e and iGyro SRS reduces the adjustment work during flight to a single knob.

After 2-3 flights the gyro is fully defined and the different flight phases as set in the setup wizard can be recalled by a switch. As with the Royal SRS, the well-proven GPS II is used as an option to adjust the gyroscopic sensitivity to the flight speed. To ensure maximum safety, two receivers can be connected to the built-in SRS and four satellites to Spektrum. In almost all remote control systems, battery, receiver and GPS data are available for telemetry. The door sequencer is also set using an assistant. Anyone who knows how complex the adjustment work on conventional door sequencers is will be surprised at how quickly a landing gear, including four doors, can be adjusted within a few minutes.

The Servomatch function is available for all outputs. This allows various functions, such as left and right landing flaps, to be controlled with just one channel or several servos to be synchronized on one rudder. By the way, the assignment of the servo outputs is also predefined in the setup wizard - depending on the model type selected, several outputs per channel are assigned and land flaps and throttle channel are taught in.

The powerful 16-bit processor and the system's update capability guarantee future-proof operation. Updates with new functions can be installed at any time using the PowerBox terminal or our BlueCom adapter. PowerBox pilots know that they are always at the cutting edge of technology!
