Boeing Dreamliner in a compact size:
The E-flite Micro Boeing 787 Dreamliner Twin 30mm EDF brings modern airliner flying to your RC flying field. Officially licensed by Boeing, this scale replica combines the distinctive Dreamliner design with realistic details and functional LED lighting. With a 715 mm wingspan and 650 mm length, the twin-engine airliner is easy to transport and can be flown at suitable smaller flying sites.
The BNF Basic model arrives fully assembled with two brushless motors, matching speed controllers, a Spektrum receiver and four linear servos already installed. A compatible transmitter, flight battery and charger are required to complete the model.
Powerful twin EDF system:
Two 30 mm electric ducted fans with brushless outrunner motors deliver impressive performance for scale passes, dynamic flying and aerobatic manoeuvres. The power system is designed for 3S 600–850 mAh LiPo batteries rated at 30C or higher. Optional thrust reversing helps shorten the rollout after landing on smooth surfaces.
AS3X and SAFE Select:
Integrated AS3X technology counteracts the effects of wind and turbulence to provide smooth, precise handling. Optional SAFE Select adds pitch and bank angle limits along with automatic self-levelling. With the appropriate transmitter configuration, SAFE Select can be switched on and off during flight.
An automatic Hand Launch Assist function supports launches without landing gear. It detects the hand launch and briefly applies up elevator to help establish the initial climb.
Removable landing gear with steerable nose wheel:
The included fixed landing gear allows taxiing, takeoffs and landings on smooth surfaces. A steerable nose wheel provides directional control on the ground. The landing gear can be removed for hand launches and belly landings on suitable grass areas.
Telemetry and LED lighting:
The Spektrum control unit with its integrated receiver and twin brushless ESCs provides real-time telemetry such as total battery voltage and current. These values can be displayed during flight on compatible Spektrum transmitters with the appropriate telemetry capability. Telemetry works with suitable Smart batteries as well as conventional LiPo batteries.
Functional LED navigation and landing lights enhance the scale appearance. A convenient top-mounted battery hatch provides easy access for battery changes.
Lightweight reinforced airframe:
The EPS airframe combines low weight with detailed scale surfaces. Plastic reinforcements on the undersides of the nacelles and at the wing tips, together with additional composite reinforcements, improve structural strength. The factory-applied Boeing finish completes the model's distinctive appearance.

Pilot experience:
The Micro Boeing 787 Dreamliner is intended for experienced RC pilots familiar with UMX, micro or larger EDF aircraft. Despite its AS3X and SAFE Select assistance features, this model is not suitable for first-time pilots. Transmitter, flight battery and charger are sold separately.
