Due to the design of the frame, it is possible to weigh out engine models with chassis or wing struts. The stop can be rotated 180°. A further pointer is used to adjust the exact centre of gravity. The frame can be turned in such a way that it does not stand up. Due to the ball bearings it is very precise and durable. The rocker itself has connections and therefore has a maximum deflection of 10° in both directions. This prevents the model from falling off the rocker, even if, for example, the model's battery is removed.

The surface stop is also arranged with a 10° inclination. When the rocker is in the front end position (10°) at the stop, the model can be placed. In the neutral position during weighing, the wing stop no longer stops like this.

With the engraved scale, the centre of gravity can be adjusted to the millimetre.

The wooden parts are CNC milled from high-quality and stable 15 mm birch multiplex. The plug-in system makes the balance even more stable and therefore easy to assemble.

The wooden parts are covered with self-adhesive rubber at the support points so that the model is held securely and not damaged..

Operation:

Adjust the indicated center of gravity for your model using the scale. The stop can be used in both directions depending on the model. When adjusting, make sure that the stop rests cleanly on the guide. For heavier models it is recommended to fix the balance to the base plate with a screw clamp.
Move the rocker to the front stop position. Now it has exactly 10° deflection. In this position the stop can be used as an adjustment. The advantage of this method is the exact calibration in a defined position. Furthermore, the stop is away from the model during weighing and does not stop the process.
Your model will no longer slip due to the rubber pad. If you do, you can always check the correct position by moving the rocker to the front stop. The model can now be balanced. Also check the light gap at the base of the rocker. If the gap is the same on both sides, the center of gravity is exactly adjusted.
The rear stop is used to prevent the model from dropping if, for example, the battery is completely removed.
