The high torque of modern digital servos must be backlash-free and easily applied to the controlled element (e.g. rudder). The new design of our fork servo levers is designed to withstand the most extreme loads.

The force dissipation is centered on the servo teeth. The design as a fork lever effectively prevents the cramping of the servo output. The servo gears will last longer. These servo arms re made of high density carbon fiber plastic. At 300 °C and under high pressure, the levers are given their appearance in hardened stainless steel molds.

Since this process has °similarities with the manufacture of highly stressed components in large aircraft construction, it was adopted here for the production of these servo levers. The result is a high-strength component that bears comparison with duralumin. However, it is lighter and more vibration-resistant.

All servo arms are manufactured in Germany on state-of-the-art CNC machines.

The gearing 25T is suitable für Futaba servos and Hitec servos of the new generation.
