Fork servo lever with precise toothing. Distance servo output to ball centre 14 mm. Fork opening 5 mm. Weight 0,8 gram. Supplied with built-in ball joint.

The high torque of modern digital servos must be backlash-free and light to the controlled element (e.g. rudder). The new design of our fork servo levers is designed for the most extreme loads.

Force is dissipated in the centre of the servo toothing. The design as a fork lever effectively prevents misalignment of the servo drive. The servo gears will last longer. These servo arms are made of highly compressed carbon fibre plastic. At 300 °C and under high pressure, the levers are given their appearance in hardened stainless steel moulds.

Since this process has similarities with the manufacture of highly stressed components in large aircraft construction, it was used here for the manufacture of these servo arms. The result is a high-strength component that does not have to fear comparison with duralaluminium. However, it is lighter and more vibration resistant.

All servo arms are manufactured in Germany on state-of-the-art CNC machines.
