The Albatros L-39 SkyFox CZ-Grey is a lightweight and exceptionally agile EPP jet inspired by the modern Czech Aero L-39 SkyFox trainer and light combat aircraft. Its scale-inspired grey camouflage is based on the appearance of the full-size aircraft and perfectly complements the model’s modern jet silhouette.

The proven shock-flyer construction features a cross-shaped fuselage made from 9.5 mm EPP with selected carbon and wooden reinforcements. This keeps the model lightweight, durable and straightforward to assemble. All EPP components are printed across their entire surface on both sides and precisely CNC-cut.

A special feature is the drive system positioned in the centre of the model. This unusual arrangement provides excellent protection for the propeller and gives the SkyFox its distinctive flying characteristics. The model offers good speed, excellent agility and immediate response to control inputs. After a short familiarisation period, the drive concept provides exciting flight capabilities that differ considerably from conventional front-mounted propeller models.

The standard configuration uses three servos. Both ailerons are operated together by a single servo positioned behind the wing, reducing weight and wiring. A further servo can easily be added for independent aileron control or to use the ailerons as flaps.
