Due to a technical issue at DHL, deliveries may currently be delayed by 1–2 business days.
This mainly affects orders shipped between Friday and Tuesday, including shipments that left our warehouse on Monday or Tuesday. In some cases, the tracking information may only show "Shipment information received" even though your parcel has already been prepared for dispatch.
According to DHL, a technical problem prevented the scheduled collection of some shipping containers from our warehouse. The affected shipments are now being processed and tracking information will update automatically as soon as DHL scans the parcels.
