There’s a new addition to the indoor hangar: the Leonardo Indoor expands RC Factory’s indoor jet range with eye-catching styling and carefully refined flight characteristics. Developed in collaboration with Hispano Aviación, this EPP model brings distinctive jet character to indoor flying.
Flight performance was the main focus throughout development. The Leonardo Indoor is stable and predictable, responds precisely to control inputs and offers excellent manoeuvrability for agile flying. It is equally capable of flying slowly and smoothly while retaining its characteristic jet appearance in the air.
With a wingspan of 900 mm, a length of 940 mm and an all-up weight of approximately 130–150 g, the Leonardo is designed for lightweight indoor flying. Its high-quality EPP construction provides durability and is easy to repair if an occasional landing doesn’t go quite to plan.
The manufacturer recommends an 1806 motor rated at 2400 kV, a 15 A ESC and a 5-inch propeller, together with four D6M servos and a 350–600 mAh 2S LiPo battery.
The Leonardo Indoor is supplied as a kit with assembly hardware. The power system, electronics, battery and radio equipment are required separately. Suitable components and recommended equipment sets can be found in the accessories section.
