Manufactured under vacuum, therefore free of air bubbles and homogeneous.
Black etched epoxy resin for cover layers (coating thickness 0.5-1 mm) in mould construction. It has a high edge strength and can be polished. Mould resin P is processed and cured at room temperature.

It can be used as a top layer in combination with epoxy resin laminates or laminating ceramics. In contrast to metal-filled systems, the surfaces can be polished. The surface layer is hard-elastic, i.e. not sprung, and has good edge strength.

Hardener P:

Hürter for moulding resin P with a processing time of 30 minutes.
Very good chemical resistance (largely styrene resistant in combination with priming wax and film release agent PVA) Free from nonylphenol, benzyl alcohol and DETA
The Härter is slightly thixotropic to allow the application in combination with the moulding resin P also on vertical surfaces and in thicker layers, without the moulding resin layer evaporating .
