The R&G reworked epoxy resins give you the opportunity to bond many different materials, including wood, metals and polystyrene. It is only thanks to its low surface tension, low surface shrinkage and ideal adhesion that it is suitable for these materials. Processing is possible with the various common processes, which include hand laminating, pressure and vacuum impregnation, pressing and winding. A further possibility to use the epoxy resin is the fast trimming of glass, armid and carbon fibres.
The thin resin is free of solvents and fertilizers, and it does not contain nonylphenol. For use in medical technology it is important that it is not cytotoxic – this also applies to this composition.
The processing time of the reliable resin is 40 minutes, while it is cured after 24 hours.
It has äsimilar strengths with Härtern S (15 minutes), L (40 minutes), EPH 500 (60 minutes), EPH 161 (90 minutes) and W 300 (300 minutes) as the laminating systems commonly used in aviation. The heat deflection temperature ranges from 60 °C (S, L, EPH 500) to about 120 °C (EPH 161, after heat treatment).
Epoxy resin L + Härter L
- Processing time: 40 minutes
- Mixing ratio:
- 100 : 40 parts by weight resin : Härter
- ausause time: 24 hours

General description of the system Epoxy resin L with Härtern S, L, EPH 500, EPH 161 and W 300:
- Dünnfl;ssig, free of solvents and fillers
- Fast Trending of Glass, Aramid and Carbon Fibers
- High static and dynamic strength
- The epoxy resin L with the associated laminating agents S, L, EPH 500 and EPH 161 is the most widely used laminating and adhesive resin from the R&G product range.
