This fire extinguisher granulate is the perfect solution for the safe storage and in case of fire the extinguishing of lithium polymer batteries.

With the Extover fire extinguisher granulate you are also perfectly prepared for all lithium fires in your workshop. If a rechargeable battery should ever escape, you can quickly, safely and above all cleanly remove it with the granulate!

The granulate is softly applied to the fire. The blown glass granulate encloses the fire and suffocates it. At particularly high temperatures, the blown glass melts and spreads on the surface of the burning metal. The melt forms an airtight seal, which becomes encrusted during cooling and extinguishes the metal fire. A reflame is effectively prevented.

Löagents have the task of extinguishing burning substances taking into account their fire class and environment. They are used by fire brigades or in automatic fire extinguishing systems. For self-help, they are also kept in mobile units.

Our fire extinguishing granulate is suitable for fire loads of classes D and lithium ions. Problematic fire loads such as metal fires, battery fires, lithium fires or flammable liquids can be controlled and laxed with the granules without causing a fire.

The Löschwirkung von dem Granulat t bei Metalbräsen was tested and confirmed by MPA Dresden using a sodium and magnesium fire.

Extover® is applied directly to the fire so that the fire source is completely covered. We recommend a covering height of 10 to 30 cm above the source of the fire, depending on the fire object to be removed.
