With the pre-installed 2 or 3S compatible Spektrum Firma 3200Kv brushless motor, the Vorteks is incredibly fast right out of the box. Add a 3S LiPo battery and the optional pinion and it becomes the first Arrma 4X4 3S BLX model to reach 100km/h and beyond!
With the proven rugged Arrma 4X4 platform, you can enjoy high speed bashing in almost any environment, whether it's off-road, sand and grass, parking lots, asphalt or tar. Its durability comes from its reinforced plastic chassis with enlarged dirt deflectors, filled bumpers with silicone O-rings, metal gearbox differentials and more. Rugged bumpers and oversized dBoots Katar tyres mounted on rugged gun-metal rims add to its unstoppable performance. The Vorteks 4X4 3S BLX also features a new and sleek Stadium Truck body with a tall injection-moulded rear spoiler and protective skid plates on the roof.
Arrma combines the safety of modern Spektrum electronics with the speed and drag capability of the Vorteks Stadium Truck to create an absolutely thrilling bashing experience. With the included DX3 DSMR 2.4GHz radio control, SR6200A receiver and company 100A ESC, this truck is the first 1/10th scale Arrma 4X4 model to offer the benefits of AVC (Active Vehicle Control) and Smart technology right out of the box.
With the AVC system's on-demand traction control, you can add extra stability at any time to cut corners and land jumps perfectly without letting off the throttle. This gives you total throttle freedom on rough terrain, slippery surfaces and loose dirt. If you don't want the extra traction, just turn down the stability. The DX3 radio's AVC system works behind the scenes, making hundreds of steering and throttle adjustments per second to keep the Vorteks Stadium Truck exactly on the line you tell it to be.
Download the optional Spektrum Dashboard app to your mobile device – it's available for free from the iPhone App Store and Google Play – to take full advantage of the smart electronics' telemetry features. Once you connect your mobile device wirelessly via Bluetooth to the DX3 transmitter of the Vortek Stadium Truck, you can read data such as top speed, battery voltage and other important values in real time (requires an optional BT2000 Bluetooth module, available separately).
