The new Rustler 4x4 VXL from Traxxas is a real Wheele machine. It is the perfect mix of Slash, Rustler and E-Revo and combines all the advantages of these models. The centre of gravity is lower, the chassis has been extended by 20mm, giving the Rustler even better performance.

This Rustler now has all-wheel drive, more durability and even better performance. Thanks to the large Talon EXT, the Rustler 4x4 VXL finds grip on almost any surface and can therefore bring the extreme performance of the Velineon drive perfectly to the road. The larger slipping clutch and the new heavy-duty drive shafts also contribute to better power transmission. By the way: the stronger drive shafts can also be used as spare parts in the Slash 4x4.

Should the Rustler land on the roof after a rollover: No problem. With its self-erecting function, the model can be easily erected again from the transmitter. Similar to Traxxas´Flaggschiff - the E-Revo - the Rustler VXL also has a splint-free body lock. No more losing the cotter pins, and a simple assembly and disassembly of the body with only one hand is now possible. Not only does the body look really cool, but the roll-over protection and the reinforced inner construction have made the Rustler VXL 4x4 much more robust. The Rustler VXL 4x4 is therefore an absolute fun factor and the perfect model for anyone looking for a super stable and precisely controllable RC car with real power.

In combination with Traxxas' own stabilisation system TSM, the Rustler VXL becomes the absolute and controllable weapon in every situation despite its enormous power (over 100km/h with 3S LiPo possible!). The TSM supports the driver during acceleration, cornering and braking. Thus the Rustler remains always in the lane without suffering power losses. If you like, you can also lower the traction control TSM while driving or even switch it off. However, we really recommend this only to the professional!
