Suitable holder for our TEK nozzles. The TEK aluminum nozzle holder is firmly glued into the aircraft. For this purpose, a hole with a diameter of 4 mm is drilled in the rudder or fuselage at the desired location. If there is not enough wall thickness, a piece of plywood must first be used to fill the hole so that the mount can be glued tightly enough. The TEK Düse is relatively long, so you have quite a large lever.

The Düsen bracket is slightly thicker at one end. This side takes the TEK Düse on. So please pay attention to the direction of installation.
The Düsen bracket is designed so that the Düse something clamps and already seals well even without silicone hose. The Düse is inserted 20 mm into the holder.

The Teflon hose is usually simply inserted into the dünernere side of the Düsen bracket. It clamps there and is sufficiently tight. The insertion depth is 10 mm. This avoids the problem of having to install the hose at a later date because it would otherwise not fit through the hole in the tail unit. If the hose is a little too thick (tolerance), it can simply be stretched over a short length. If you then cut him in this area new, he is a little dünner and should fit.
The bracket is then cleaned, possibly roughened a bit and glued with epoxy (eg Endfest 300). The alignment should be möglichst exactly in the direction of flight, when mounting on the fuselage correspondingly perpendicular to the direction of flight. The aluminum tube should protrude about 3 mm outward so that the silicone tube can be attached here for sealing.
At the GPS logger 2, a piece of silicone hose as Übergang to the Teflon hose on the TEK connector is plugged.
