The Calima is the new thermal and all-round giant from Robbe. It has various attachable wing- and tiplets and is therefore easily variable in span (3800/4300 mm). It can therefore be adapted to different conditions and pilot requirements.

The pendulum canopy has a number of different attachments. The pendulum tail rudder is simply held in place by magnets on the fuselage. The PNP version has already installed servos, electrical connectors and original multilocks as wing protection.

The flight characteristics are extremely good. The Calima can be flown as a slow thermal flier or as an all-rounder, even a little faster. The ready-covered wing panels are made of polystyrene core, glass fibre layers, abachi planking and a carbon fibre reinforced spar.

The ratio of weight and strength has been optimally achieved. The Calima is suitable for beginners as well as for advanced model pilots.
